Error on adding obstacles when Studio Project

The library should raise an error when a user tries to add an obstacles despite using a Studio project by

set_project

We removed the

set_project

method and construct a planner by passing the project name and the

delta_time

parameter. This way, no environment or robot needs to be constructed first and the API reflects that all obstacles will be ignored.
